Cancellation Policy
Introduction
This Cancellation Policy explains your rights and the procedure to cancel a registration or subscription
with Tavas Solutions. By using our Platform you agree to be bound by the terms
described below.
Annual Registration Fee
- The annual registration fee paid for using Tavas Solutions services is
non-refundable once the account has been activated for the academic year.
- If a duplicate payment has been made for the annual registration fee, you may request a cancellation
and refund of the duplicate amount within 07 days of the original transaction date.
Recharge / Top-up Plans
- Recharge plans / top-ups added to the meal wallet cannot be cancelled or refunded once the
transaction is successful.
- The unused balance in the meal wallet remains available to be consumed against future meal purchases
at the canteen.
Pre-booked Meals
- A pre-booked meal may be cancelled from your account before the cut-off time displayed for that
meal. The applicable amount is credited back to your meal wallet.
- Pre-booked meals cannot be cancelled after the cut-off time and the wallet will be debited as per
the applicable plan.
Account Cancellation
- You may request to cancel your account at any time by writing to us at
info@tavassolutions.com from the registered email
address.
- Upon account cancellation, your access to the Platform will be disabled. Any unused wallet balance,
excluding the non-refundable registration fee, may be refunded subject to verification.
- Cancellation requests are processed within 7 working days of receipt.
How to Request a Cancellation

address.
- Mention your registered student / parent name, mobile number and the reason for cancellation.
- Attach the transaction reference / receipt in case of a duplicate payment refund request.
